Rajma masala, Rajma curry ,Bean curry
Ingredients:
- Rajma 1 cup
- Onion 1 medium chopped
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato 4 nos chopped
- Green chilli split 3 nos
- Chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- kasturi methi 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
- Bay leaf 2 nos
- Salt for taste
Method:
- Soak Rajma overnight and pressure cook them take them out and keep it seprately
- In same pressure pan and 2 tbsp oil and cumin,cinnamon,bay leaf fry them for a minute
- Add chili,onion fry they until onion turns into golden brown now add ginger garlic paste fry them until raw smell goes off add bit more oil if needed
- Add chopped tomato and other spice powder and salt cook them until oil start to separate
- Now add cooked Rajma along with water pressure cook them again for 1 whistle
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve it hot with Roti
