Ingredients:
  •    Rajma 1 cup
  •    Onion  1 medium chopped
  •    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  •    Tomato 4 nos chopped
  •    Green chilli split 3 nos
  •    Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  •    Coriander powder 1tsp
  •    Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  •    Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  •    Garam masala  1 tsp
  •    kasturi methi 1 tsp
  •    Oil  2 tbsp
  •    cumin seeds 1 tsp
  •    Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
  •    Bay leaf 2 nos
  •    Salt for taste


Method:
  •    Soak Rajma overnight and pressure cook them take them out and keep it seprately
  •    In same pressure pan and 2 tbsp oil and cumin,cinnamon,bay leaf fry them for a minute
  •    Add chili,onion fry they until onion turns into golden brown now add ginger garlic paste fry them until raw smell goes off add bit more oil if needed
  •   Add chopped tomato and other spice powder and salt cook them until oil start to separate 
  •   Now add cooked Rajma along with water pressure cook them again for 1 whistle
  •   Garnish with coriander leaves 
  •   Serve it hot with Roti
