- Paneer and Peas curry, paneer peas masala

Ingredients:
Paneer 200gm cut into cubes
Peas 1 cup
Onion 1 chopped
Tomato 3
Green chili 3 sliced
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts 1 /2 cup (soaked)
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Kasturi methi leaves 1 tsp crushed
Salt to taste
coriander leaves to garnish
- Soak the cashew nuts in water for an hour and grind them into smooth paste
- Heat a pan add oil fry the onion into slight golden colour ,cool it and grind them into smooth paste
- In a pan boil some water with salt add the tomatoes boil them for 3 minutes and place it in cold water and peel the skin off and grind them into smooth puree
- Heat a pan add some oil add ginger garlic paste fry them until the raw smell goes off and then add green chili onion paste fry them for a minute and then add all the dry powder and tomato puree cook it in a simmer for 2 minutes now add the cashew paste add water if the gravy is too thick add salt and crushed methi leaves combine the gravy well once it start to boil
- Now add the Frozen peas and paneer to the gravy simmer the gravy for 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves
- serve it with rice or roti
